museum in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. During the spring a reception
was held to share that vision with the community. The concept
of a hands-on interactive children's museum was well accepted
and a seed pledge of $50,000 was given by a local community leader.
The charge of organizing, planning and bringing the vision to
reality was accepted by the founding board of directors.
